Your parcel passes through these four points before it reaches Nicaragua. If you are not sure which one it is at, message us with your number and we will confirm it.
- 01Received at warehouseYour parcel reached the origin warehouse and was logged under your name.
- 02ConsolidatingIt is grouped with the rest of the freight leaving on the same dispatch.
- 03In transitIt has left the origin and is on its way to Nicaragua.
- 04In NicaraguaIt has reached Nicaragua. That is the last point the carrier reports; from here on we coordinate it.
The carrier's tracking ends when the freight reaches Nicaragua. From there the work is ours: customs, the transfer to the branch, and a WhatsApp message with the day and time to come and collect it. That stretch never appears on this screen, so there is no need to keep checking it.
